Dear Mr. Yusuf Ismael.

I do apologize for not writing to you earlier.

I want to thank you and your organization for the opportunity you granted to me on 1 Nov 2008 to be able to state my side of the story.

I do applaud you that you kept your promise after I felt it necessarily to challenge you to a debate.

As you know, I am not a public speaker, and attempted only to show the Bible as a more truthful book than what perceptions render. I do think that, as I have learned a lot, so did the normal person in the audience.

I also need to extend my gratitude for your gift, that beautiful full size Quran and the book of John Pilger, that you gave me.

I hope you had time to go through my CD, and I would love some criticism from your side. I know you are busy and might not be able to do so immediately, but, if you get time someday…

Is it possible to obtain your presentation? I would like to keep it as a source of research.

Many Christians ask me about the debate, and I must mention that my first words are that the average Muslims are surprisingly inquisitive and informed about Christianity. (Unlike the Christian perception about Muslims). They do not appreciate this truth much.

May God assist you in your Quest to improve human rights. I will be a follower and will always assist you if you ever need my assistance therein.

Yours truly,
Piet Stydom.
