Na'ima B. Robert is a Southern African Western Revert Muslim. Descended from Scottish Highlanders on her father's side and the Zulu people on her mother's side, she was born inLeeds- UK, and grew up in Zimbabwe. She went on to gain a first-class degreefrom the University of London. Having worked in marketing, the performing
arts, teaching and the travel and tourism industry, she now has a wonderful time being a mum and writing children's books. Following her conversion to Islam and her marriage to a Ghanaian convert, she set up home in South London, where she now lives with her husband and two small sons.
